Completing the survey, entering the giveaway, or winning the prize does not create any leasing preference, waitlist position, eligibility determination, or advantage in connection with any future leasing opportunity at Northpoint on Jarvis Creek.

Giveaway Period
The giveaway is currently scheduled to end on August 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Northpoint on Jarvis Creek reserves the right to extend or modify the giveaway at its discretion. Any extension or material update will be posted on this page.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of South Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to pick up the prize in person at a designated Hilton Head Island location.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Northpoint on Jarvis Creek and its related partners, agencies, and vendors are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the Northpoint on Jarvis Creek community survey during the giveaway period.
Survey responses will not be judged or scored. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed survey submissions.
Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or tampered entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One winner will receive one prize package consisting of one YETI cooler and Northpoint on Jarvis Creek promotional items.

Northpoint on Jarvis Creek may, at its discretion, include additional promotional items in the prize package. Prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible completed survey submissions received during the giveaway period.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning. The total odds of winning depend on the number of eligible survey submissions received. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address.
The winner will be contacted by email and must respond within 3 business days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Northpoint on Jarvis Creek may select an alternate winner at random.
The winner must be able to pick up the prize in person at a designated Hilton Head Island location within 3 days of winner confirmation. The prize will not be shipped. If the selected winner is unable to pick up the prize within the required timeframe, Northpoint on Jarvis Creek may select an alternate winner at random.
Email Communications
By entering, participants agree to be contacted for giveaway administration purposes. Participants may also choose to opt in to receive future updates from Northpoint on Jarvis Creek about community events, project updates, partnerships, and related communications. Opting in to marketing emails is not required to enter or win.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Survey Feedback
Survey responses may be used by Northpoint on Jarvis Creek and its representatives to help inform future community programming, partnerships, events, communications, and engagement efforts. Survey feedback may be reviewed in aggregate or summarized form.
No Leasing Preference or Housing Eligibility
Participation in the survey or giveaway does not constitute a lease application, housing application, rental inquiry, waitlist request, eligibility screening, or request for housing assistance.
Entering or winning the giveaway does not create any right, preference, priority, guarantee, or special consideration in connection with any future leasing opportunity at Northpoint on Jarvis Creek. Future leasing, when available, will be subject to applicable laws, program requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, availability, and leasing policies then in effect.
